The base skull is a drop from wither skeletons, just takes time homie.
I had the same problem, it appears or did for me a bit later than expected. I got the tools for the kunai faster than I got the skull, it's dropped by a (generally) normal looking skeleton with a stone crown with a green crystal on top

You need 1 birch and maybe 100 brick blocks for building

You can get string by killing mobs. It has a pretty small chance of being dropped and usually you will need to watch a video.
What do I have to merge to get Diamond ore? What building in the village can give me a 100% chance of Emerald whenever I would merge blocks as in every block I merge I get an Emerald in return EVERY SINGLE TIME?
The last skin you can get gives a 100% chance of getting an emmerold every merge
To get diamond ore you need to merge 2 lapis lazuli block together (not the ore). For the emeralds, none of the buildings give you a 100% chance. Only thing for a certain emerald per merge is the dragon slayer helmet which costs 2,000 emeralds.

16. with this, merge till you get to 15000 gems! (doesn't take long, trust me)
19. you are not supposed to get the dragon slayer bundle f2p ( and not the 500 gem quest eather) but i mean would you like to spend 100€ for it?
18. now you can easily play trugh the game (if you got to step 13 you've probably already have armor and played trough the half game or something)
17. then buy the dragon slayer bundle, it contains every netherite piece + disable ads
15. merge till you get to 900 gems, then buy the 'pro pickaxe' from the shop
10. however, this quest won't spawn if you already had 500 gems before.

12. you now have 1000 gems, great! if you want to really get everything in this game, you must not spend ANY gems on something, till you get to 2000 gems (don't worry, small and big quest for gems (most times 50, sometimes 25, rarely 5) will appear very often

8. a new quest will spawn. You can't take it, the time will immediately go down. The quest is: bring 500 gems, get 1000 (don' buy some, you are close to complete it, just complete the small quest for gems, then you have 500 gems.)
7. Complete the first BIG QUEST (just the big one, the small one for gems is still uncompleted)
